Great new renovation with one problem.

Brand new renovation of an old Thia dormitory beautifully presented, cleverly designed and modern. Great use of space in small cosy rooms, with excellent bathroom fitout. There is even a small writing area and chair and a very smart wardrobe concept that uses limited space effectively. Perfect for a solo traveller or two light luggage travellers. The main issue is noise. The connecting walls could have been insulated during the renovation, but it is the doors that are the problem. Bathroom doors are heavy and on metal rails. I could hear the neighbours closing their door. Also, the front door is heavy and needs to be slammed. You can hear this throughout the day and into the night. A rubber bumper on every door would help..The breakfast staff are brilliant, really outstanding service. B150 for fresh omelette and buffet is exceptional value. The area is also undergoing a lot of building, but that doesn’t seem to impact too much. A very enjoyable stay in a great guesthouse.

Really disgusting customer service
