Good but a bit small

Industrial style decor done well considering the space they had to work with. But still a bit pokey. Location ok, quiet at night some construction nearby hiring the day. Breakfast staff have very limited English, overcooked boiled eggs and undercooked poached. Overall recommend for a night or two and decent value.
