Great location

Functional, clean rooms in a decent location in the old town of Chiang Mai. 3 mins walk to Wat Phra Singh, likewise for Sunday Walking Street Market. Breakfast is nice in the morning. Some facilities were a little worn-noisy A/C, luke warm showers for example. For the price though, the is little to complain about.

Avoid like the plague
Rooms are modern but like cells, so small are they. Noisy old air-con units. Staff smile but are unhelpful. So many better options around.
