it's a Novotel...

everything very fine there. Rooms big ad clean. my only point here was that I'm a little sensitive to dust, esp. as the windows can't be opened, and the intake filter of the aircon had a half centimeter of dust. I took it down, washed it in the shower & dried it, put it back, fine. But others wouldn't recognize. The hotel is clean everywhere, styilsh, modern, Coffee / Drinks bar is good, room service excellent (though a little expensive, which is normal), staff is super. Location is perfect to access from cheap to luxurious restaurants and bars, it's Bangkok :) There's a Swiss restaurant in the alley which is amazing. Nothing to complain for this Novotel.

everything is good, except the receptionist girls on Executive lounge who is very rude
We did enjoy our stay, but for the price we pay , executive room on 25th floor, we should get all the basic service , and friendly staff who know how to greet customers at least. Please look into this... อ่านต่อ

Amazing stay at Novotel
