Nice location but rooms for improvement

One of the best location with sandy beach on one side and snorkeling coral beach on other. However, the staffs are severely undertrained for 4 stars resort. Lots of them seems to act upon order with no sense of duty or responsibility. Don’t expect a service or hospitality beyond basic thing.
