Nice place in the boondocks

Adjoining facilities are still under construction (spa, health club etc) so it's hard to tell how it will all fit together when it's done. The hotel is located just outside of phu ruea away from everything. The room are large, beds comfortable. They do need to address the scalding hot water issue. Water temperature is very difficult to regulate. The breakfast is forgettable. Staff was helpful and friendly. A nice stay if a little overpriced but i was there during phi ta khon so that's to be expected.

Disapointing
Room ok, only hot water was way to hot almost at boiling point. TV channels only a few and very bad quility. Book the room on the ground floor so we could walk dirrectly in the pool (more expensive) b... อ่านต่อ

Competency of staffs not satisfied
Bathroom was water obstruction and had to move to standard room at 11:30 pm without any compensated or response from hotel.
