Look new and clean. Room and toilet are big. Air-condition in room is good as well. Have food within walking distance. But if walking to lee garden or kim yong, consider a bit further. I am traveller with 5yo and 1yo, so walking to kim yong a bit challenging. Tuktuk available outside of hotel with reasonable price. Overall satisfied stay.
