Its newer than New Season and rooms are big and clean. I did not have hot water while I was there the first night so had a cold shower instead, not nice. When I mentioned that to house keeping they did offer to upgrade me to a better room but water there still cold. Spoke to other customers and was told the same story. However, the problem was solved the following day, not good.
