Mold in room on walls

I was booked 4 room non-smoking for my family trip include 2 infant . But hotel provide the smoking room to us for 4 days . We found the mold in room at the 6 floor and can smell in the room . We request to change room , but the receiption look like unhappy until show the mold photo to them . Maybe only we facing this problem . Because saw the Agoda review comment is excellence .
