Great personal service with good rooms

Overall I liked this hotel. The service was quite good and attentive. The lobby and breakfast area were nice and well-designed. The room decor and design is not as nice as lobby and some of the furniture looks a bit shabby, but it is very clean and has a comfortable bed if you like firm which I do. In addition the bathroom is quite large and nice. My view wasn't particularly nice as looked out onto another building. The staff made this hotel most memorable as they were always available and ready to give advice and recommendations. The wifi worked consistently well the whole time which I greatly appreciated.
