The lady who sits at the reception is the worst receptionist I've ever met at hotels. She was rude, at very first she told she haven't got payment of one room where in my papers it's clearly written payment was made in full, but she kept saying the same thing and told me to contact agoda/booking.com. Then after 30 min of argument and after talking to her boss she finally let us in. Other than that it's a great value for money hotel with an awesome location and poor breakfast.
