never book this place

I never thought someone with the most unfriendly behaviour can running the hotel.

we were asking questions to the owner and she suddenly became angry for no reason. She even told us: you can check out , i don't care. we were really surprise so we decide to check out directly and ask to agoda to cancel our reservation...
the customer service call this woman to ask what's happen and her answer was quitte bad "if customer happy okay if not, i don't care my hotel is full every day"

I never seen this in my life, angry for not reason and not respectful.

so if you read this comment just don't book this hotel you definitely can find much better hotel with FRIENDLY staff for the same price.

Good hotel with bad receptionist

Excellent location, friendly stuff
