Under satifactory

New property, new facilities. Room type is not an Ocean view, should call "Pool view 2nd floor". Equipment and Facilities are brand new almost there as a 5 stars but not yet. My room had a water leaking from Air condition during late night till departure, we called reception for our problem before breakfast, till checked out no follow up and ask how was our experience.
During check out process , we again informed we had a water leaking problem, reception say no apology . We expected nothing except "cares", till Manager who was not direct responsibility met us and say sorry , we left a comments with bad experience with your hotel, and hope you will improve sequences of Service for another guest. We felt warm welcome with buggy driver who greet us at check in which non of Reception did, and big thank you for Buggy driver who took care us during checked out, that 's call "5 Stars) valuable of what we spent.

Beautiful Resort away from hustle and bustle but with easy access to it!
