Stayed for three nights at Shellsea. Location is away from the hustle and bustle at Aonang. The surrounding is serene and hotel decor and amenities are good and new. The only staff that are commendable is a driver by the name of Aek who seems genuine with his smiles and reaching out to help. The front desk staffs are horrible and unbefitting of a 5 star hotel. They are not helpful and won't go the extra mile to enhance our stay at the hotel by providing info about where to eat, what to do during our stay etc. Two other staffs that are good and worth the mention are the fitness guys who organises daily activities at the pool area. Breakfast was ok.
