Desappointed

We were looking for a resort at the moment we booked this hotel to be able to use all the facilities we saw in the advertise but when we got here we discovered the hotel is under upgrade and the swimming pool is under constructions but we couldn't find any warning on the website telling about it. Also the noise of the construction disturbed the whole day and to get in the rooms we needed to cross all the construction zone and sometimes the path walk was all blocked with trolleys especially during the night. Conclusion we payed more to use the facilities that anyone expect from a resort and we got a annoying construction.

Misleading
The place was under massive construction such that a ton of unsightly rubbish was in the courtyard and the pool was completely inaccessible. This sort of information should be made available upon book... อ่านต่อ
