Great hotel. Excellent service.

Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The staff very helpful and kind. My 5 year old kid love this place. The pool and the gardens are very pretty.The manager makes you feel at home. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. I will definitely will recommend this hotel. We are a family from USA.

Bad customer service
The hotel only allowed to check in after 5pm instead of 1:30pm. Bad customer service. They provided broken kettle in the room and claimed we broke the kettle when we asked for replacement. Cleanlin... อ่านต่อ

Sleep in play group!!
We stay there for one night !!! Alot of noise!!! With chinese group stay next door & above floor!!! Can’ t sleep!!!! I hope not to stay this hotel any more.
