Hotel is nice but service is bad

Overall the hotel facility is nice as it is newly operate less than a year. After i checked out and return to home i notice from my credit card there are THB 500 deducted by hotel but i have nothing purchased in restaurant or mini bar. When i checked with hotel about the bill they said they do not have record?! and asked me to send back my credit card statement for checking, after couple of weeks they came back to me that the charge is about a beers and chips from the mini bar. That is not a big money but i was terrified because i didn't take anything from the mini bar. How come a 5 stars hotel service like this?

Not Cheap but in a pinch it will have to do

Nice hotel @ a park

Not worth for the price

Good ambience, clean hotel.
We stayed 3 nights twin room with lounge access, the lounge cocktails is worth with variety choice of alcohol drinks n foods. Helpful staff, clean and grand deco & feel at the lobby. Will stay again ... อ่านต่อ

The worst check-in experience
