The worst check-in experience


I won't recommend this hotel to anyone and will not revisit it. It took us 30 minutes to complete the check-in process at the front desk, and their system could not accept VISA card !
We booked through Agoda but due to probably some operation mistakes we paid one room online but had one room to be paid at the hotel upon our arrival. We emailed the hotel but received no response. During the check-in, the prepaid room had no problem, but this hotel required us to pay extra 10% on the Agoda booking price! We had disagreed as that was ridiculous but the front desk lady insisted or we would not get our room.
We won't use this hotel any more.
