- Unclear where to find the room, confusing due to hotel's separation in west and east wing, staff not attentive and not helpful at all - Complicated to extend stay, staff at reception not helpful at all - Very uncoordinated team at the entry of the breakfast buffet - staff did not remember us even after over 1 week of staying at the hotel - Very unpleasant experience when getting the confusing, inaccurate and untransparent final invoice - also took way too long
