Great! But could use a bit of help with trans guests
The facilities are good and as you would imagine for any 5-star hotels. I like attentive the staff were. There were, however, times when they were slow to respond, e.g. fixing the cordless phone in the room, taking 25 minutes to deliver fork and spoon to the room. Other than that it's good.
Now, as a trans traveler I get misgendered a lot based solely on my unchangeable ID even when I physically look the opposite. When I asked for access to the locker, I was given access to the locker in the men's room that I obviously, couldn't and don't want to enter. A different staff later gave me access to the locker in the women's changing area. That worked out well. The earlier staff who gave me the wrong key seek me out later by the pool and apologized. It is little acts like this that make me feel comfortable and that I'm not discriminated by the very service I paid for. My advice is, take the person (your guests) at face value and not via their ID. If uncertain, it's OK to ask them.
