Good location, great gym and swimming pool

Pros; near two shopping complexes and BTS station. Marriott standard rooms. Great gym, pool and superb skybar. Cons; 1) Staff lacks coordination. Noticed during check in. Room not paid yet. Staff who attended had my card deposit secured. The room not ready and we will come back for the key later after shopping. Another staff attended later after we return told us to pay in full. Might as well charged my card in full previously instead of holding a deposit. I thought I was here for the keys only? 2) Christmas Eve Dinner tables set up exactly like breakfast table setup. 3) Long lines of queue to bf at Goji. First time my experience with Marriott group in Bangkok. Chaotic and uncomfortable especially inside the restaurant where guests crisscrossing. 4) Inquiring why is the entry receipt to the breakfast venue has a price if that is just part of the package to be signed. Received an insensible reply back to just sign as it is part of the package. Unprofessional reply.
