Excellent service and one of the best hotel buffet breakfast

Front desk staff Mr Poom is friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. He allowed an early check-in and offered me late check-out even without my request. The hotel buffet breakfast is one of the best that I'd had in bangkok. the only thing i don't like about this hotel is its location. Hotel side gate which would allow me to cut through the park to the nearest BTS station Phrom Phong will be closed after 9pm. After 9pm, I had to walk a far distance to the hotel. It is not convenient to take taxi as traffic is bad throughout the whole day. The road in front of the hotel main entrance is always congested and it gets worse during night time with night life activities i.e. pub, massage parlors and some dodgy looking shops which kinda turned me off.
