One of the BEST FIVE STARS I have ever stayed in! Excellent staff, excellent amenities and food

From the moment we checked in the staff treated us like family. The room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff exceeded ALL expectations beyond our imagination. They didn't allow us to run out of anything. The breakfast and open bar were incredible and the Director of Rooms, Daniel Zygmunt went above and beyond to fix a very small key card issue and this hotel is a MUST STAY for anyone going to Bangkok. Great location, superb restaurants and wonderful rooftop bar.
