Everything perfect except employee

We made three days reservation but under different name. We already told that situation when we check in. Front Dest knock the door at 01:30 am. At that time, 01:30 everbody was sleeping, we didn't anser the door. After that he called twice,the ring was very loud, we felt scared, he only want to make sure we did the reservation or not. He can make sure all day, not at 01:30 in the morning. It's really bad experience.
