Great, clean hotel but can get busy during peak season.

Room was nice and relaxing and staff were very attentive and friendly. The clientele over New Years consisted of some very rude and pushy Chinese but the staff did an amazing job at controlling such situations. Facilities were nice, gym and steam room / onsen were of a high standard as was the room service.
