Lack of service

We've booked to stay at Panalee for 3 days, the hotel is old difference from photos showing. The pool is dirty, also bed and pillow got smell, no tissue in the restroom on first two days. The lady boy staff is lack of mind service, no help and no service, but staff in the morning is okay. Serve us with nice breakfast. Not recommend for staying here in vacation.

Budget hotel. Quiet. Close to 7-11 and restaurants. Lady boy staff can b more service minded. Should provide a phone in the rooms. Breakfast can b served earlier and more in quantity. Pool can b wider... อ่านต่อ

Looks better than it is!
