Excellent service

Slightly disappointed as I could not get a high floor room, however, the staff are very friendly and polite. Location is good as it is 5 minutes walking distance to/from Terminal 21 and Asok BTS. On the check out day, I left one of my bag pack in the room and the hotel staff was very fast to inform me before I left the hotel lobby. Really appreciate and grateful to the helpful staff. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to BKK.

Rooms are not soundproof
Please work on the soundproof. So annoying when we could her our neighbor scolding their kids or even closing the doors. Other than that, all good.

Great Location, Reasonable price and comfortable high class design

Greast location and value for money
Arte is a new hotel just opened in 2017. The room is very spacious and no noise as the hotel is tucked away from the main Sukhumvit Soi 19. Just a 6 minutes walk from BTS Asok station. Excellent loca... อ่านต่อ
