My getaway somewhat ruined...

This place is out of the way from city, airport & amenities. As the hotel name implies; its a sport/fitness establishment so any fitness fanatic will love to put up here. But I have to admit; it is a lovely little hotel with spacious rooms & a great pool to hang around under the sun. However, the competency of their staff can be quite frustrating. I asked for airport transfer but nobody came nor provided any confirmation. I was then upgraded as an apologetic gesture on their part. All seem good until I asked if I can maintain my upgraded room if I extend for a couple of nights more at the previous price. Front desk was happy to oblige so I chose to stay longer. But upon checking out, they demanded I pay up the balance. What the #*??
