Unfriendly Staff and bad WiFi

Besides the fact that only two (2) access accounts were provided for three persons and good quality WiFi equipment is used (ubiquity).This hotel messes up with it’s WiFi-implementation-client-unfriendly-access. I was not able to have access to internet with my MacBook due to a php script. All iPhones did not have WiFi coverage in the rooms. The swimming pool on the rooftop was hot and not pleasant for a swim. No shade available. The “spa”. Facilities were not operational.

Staff makes noise outside the room(on concrete footpath) in the early morning

Simple and Nice
