Best hotel in Chiang Mai!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night but we loved it here so we stayed another three nights! It's beautiful, spacious and it felt like home.
There was also a swimming pool at reception and in addition complimentary snacks and drinks. The food at the hotel was delicious, it's what you would expect from a restaurant.
The hotel arranges special activities for its guests. One such activity is giving merit to monks in the early morning.
When we went out on early trips throughout Chiang Mai, the hotel gave us food such as sandwiches, fruits and drinks to take with us.
The staff were also friendly and happy to help us with all our needs at the hotel. The hotel is also in a great location near the temples, night markets and restaurants.
Overall, this has been a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back to the 99 The Heritage Hotel again!

We loved this hotel - location was great to see the Old City.
