Bad start but overall v good stsy

After booking the largest Heritage balcony room we were v disappointed when we were allocatex a much smaller room then told thst it was the largest room. Luckily we had pictures of room booked and prepaid seversl months in advance, and eventually the room booked suddenly became available after a couple of hours wait and having to move everything from the smaller room. Staff were v friendly and helpful, lunchtime snacks and drinks were good and a bonus. If we were given the correct room on check in we would be keen to return but the initial experience slightly marred our experience. Linens and decor were excellent.
