An excellent experience!

This July I stayed for 5 nights at 99 the Heritage Hotel with my parents. The hotel is new and all of the facilities are considerable. The location is also very good. What impressed us most is their service. Staff is always full of smile and patient. We want to thank staff “ Arm” especially because of his kindness and warm attitude. If I have the chance to go to Chiangmai again, I would choose 99 the Heritage Hotel.
