Rough start but manager made up for it

Upon arrival, our bathroom was covered in flies from corner to corner. Floor, ceiling, shower and toilet included. A maid attempted to clean it to no success. After speaking with the manager, she decided to reimburse it some of our money and upgrade our room to ocean view the following night. Unfortunately that room had AC issues we also had to hassle to get fixed. The resort is very beautiful, especially the pool, and the restaurant and bar are also nice but they se to have ongoing facility issues. Manager was nice about making it right but expect the unexpected here. Breakfast was good, beds were a bit hard.

Very dirty and old rooms, in 2 years the hotel quality went down drastically!!

Good hotel
The hotel is good for the price paid. Have small good pool, my room need a little bit refreshment but overall ok. close to the beach.
