Staff service level was excellent, however some things i dont like
Location was not my type as I am a shopping kind of person. Frequent travel back to the city was a bit of hassle. Neighbourhood not too bad, there is Tesco, Movie, Fastfood and a stretch of restaurants and drinking area beside to Rhythm. My room supposed to be the one with living room, but as there is no room to check in by 3pm and i told them i really want to check in a room despite if its a smaller one its fine. Staff was good and got me a smaller corner room with pool view and compensate me with a Breakfast. Night, they ready to change me with the bigger room, but as there is smoke smell once i enter and the floor etc seem not as clean as the smaller room, i went back to opt for the smaller room with Breakfast. However, the spread and taste for B/F was not up to my expectation perhaps cos I am used to stay in bigger hotels. I rather eat at the food court in Tesco b4 heading out. On Nut station is a very local area. Like to Appreciate Kun Ong for his reception service on the last day
