New hotel in On-Nut

It's a new hotel for me, and I have used several On-Nut hotels during my previous visits. Brand new, stylish, comfortable....everything they advertise. Massage was great and gym is all right. But a few disappointments such as: - Pool is on the second floor, no sun at afternoon. - Staff is mostly concerned abaut eatch other and some internal processes rather than customer needs. - Cleaning of room is done rather late, 4 pm.

average breakfast
stayed there for 3 nights. quiet and convenient. staff are friendly, and english speaking. however breakfast is just basic.... If muslim, u will found little choice for chicken meat.

Sound Pollution
Due to room sound proof is Not to the minimum requirement level; Guests walked by rooms, and their communications are so disturbing espercially during late night when they came back very late.
