Value, great facilities, Staff A++

Samui Mermaid has a choice of many rooms: from beach side to garden. Bth have swimming pools, always clean. Now the garden side is close to the airport, but this is because of the runway expansion. don't be put off, the rooms are good, but Samui Mermaid you need to have better fans & up date the air con in all rooms). I cant complain for the money I paid. The 24 hour restaurant & with room service has gone up i price, but again, they are not expensive for tourist prices. Will stay again (as previous many years). Great access to airport / Seatran boat to Koh Tao, Koh Phangan & Haad Rin queen boat to Koh Phangan. Lots of different tours ie. Angthong available too :)

Very helpful staff
