Not what I paid for!

I booked on line for a deluxe balcony room, facing the ocean. When I turned up, the manager told me that room wasn't available but he had upgraded me. The room he gave me had no balcony, no ocean views and two single beds. The airconditioning did not work and the bed was one of the hardest I have ever slept on, and I lived in Asia! He gave me a new room when I told him the aircon was broken and this time I got a queen size bed. I had booked the ocean room a few days later too but cancelled when I asked him if I would have it and he said he couldn't promise me anything. Disappointing place.

Near airport and nice bungalows
