Everyone knows there’s no such thing as a TEN BUT THIS COULD BE AS CLOSE AS IT GETS Wide range of rooms to chose from...whether student / backpacker or a family , or average tourist. Choice of rooms , choice of prices. Great location on Big Buddha Beach. Backed up with 3 types of swimming pool. Beds are comfortable , hot water always on tap. Cleaning services terrific , both in room and the well tailored grounds and pools. No breakfasts included in price , but reasonably priced restaurant and bar. Rande of menu and price acceptable WIFI could do with a big revamp, repeated sign- on a pain in the butt, but signal good. The lad in the restaurant could do with a refresher course

Great budget choice

Great value for money
