Good staff and bright spacious rooms

I have tried and seen the different room types in different occasions. The private rooms are really spacious and clean. The dorm rooms also are spacious and very bright. There is a common area that is not as sociable as other hostels social areas, but you can meet some people (and can easily connect to other travelers on the trips organized by Pop In). On a screen in the bar area they show videos of pop in pub crawl parties which I found too cringy, but I am in my late 20s and also must say that I didn‘t perceive the hostel as party focused ;)

Inconsistent servuce

Sandy floors in the room

really nice hostel!

The staff was quite rude
The plug close to my bedroom wasn't working and the staff didn't help me at all, she just told me that she was annoyed by my request.
