Disappoint bring my good holiday back from my life sad

Pro:
1. Quite place and nice view
2. Private beach
3. Room is big
4. Staff is good when i complain about dust . They try to fix it

Con:
1. A lot of dust on all funiture in the room ,floor and bathroom
2. Air condition is not cold. I had opened filter air because i think it is dirty and clean well so i found very dirty dust in the filter with died dragonfly OMG. I think no clean more than 1 year. Next day morning i went to complain and they said that will clean up air but it is not really clean just clean filter so air still have not had cold
3. Breakfast limitation
4. Safe box can’t use
5. Towel have a lot of dust
6. A lot of sand in the swimming pool
7. I saw labour familly go to swimming pool and don’t use swimming suit . Is it 4 star hotel?

Second stay and not as great as first time

Perfect. Only breakfast could be better.
