NIce hotel, staff needs training n attitude check

very nice hotel. rooms come very well equipped, clean and relatively new. the hardware is just great. staff however needs work. not getting into specifics here, but if staff cannot communicate effectively it really isn't my problem. and do not ever vent or show your frustration at your customers.

Small Hotel
We booked for the 3 bedroom villas and bring along our maids but The front deck staff insist to extra charge us.
