Above And Beyond

I have high praise for the front desk staff, particularly Chris and Anh. Upon arriving I realized I'd left something important behind in the taxi. Within two hours they had tracked down the driver, who returned with my belongings! The professionalism and level of service here is far beyond what you would expect from a hotel this size and price point.
