Great property, terrible staff

The only thing that took away from this stay was the hotel staff. The property is clearly new, but it was obvious that zero effort went into training their employees. Any interaction our group had with the staff (not to mention every other guest at this resort) was negative. This included: not greeting us upon arrival; repeatedly asking for extra towel/water that we paid extra for; overcharging on taxi service; hassling us about transportation tickets in which we already paid for with no apology; inconsistent information given to us between different staff members; and the other horror stories for other guests.
We all still had a great time. It was just unfortunate that something avoidable was a shadow on this experience.

Probably the worst place on the island
