RUDE LIARS

1. Location is way down a back street and difficult to find 2. Upon arrival after registration I was asked for a substantial cash deposit for the key. 3. First I was shown a room downstairs with no privacy even though I requested quiet room on high floor 4. After requesting another room I was shown one upstairs. NO LIFT 5. The rooms are NOT THE SIZE ADVERTISED ON THE AGODA WEBSITE 6. STAFF WERE RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE 7. aS SOMEONE WHO LIVES IN tHAILAND i FIND THIS HOTEL AND STAFF BEHAVIOR TO BE TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE

Nice stay. Pool looked much better and bigger on photo than in real time
