Lovely hotel.

we stayed in the luxury suite which is above the pool suites. if you can, i recommend upgrading to the pool suite. overall, service and stay was pleasant enough. we did not have very high expectations given the feedback on various websites. biggest disappointment was the hotel bill at check out, us$10 for one broken glass. the glass was broken as it was on the bedside and there are sooo many pillows that the pillow moved and glass was pushed off the bedside table to the floor. i found this utterly appauling. it was as though they were searching for any reason to charge us for anything they possibly could. a really really bad way to end a guests stay.
