Fantastic room with good staff

We were staying at the beachfront pool villa and we found the room was fastastic. The service level was nice. The food is good only for Thai. The taste was extraordinary. However, it seem there are some room to improve for international food. The staffs are nice and seem to know what they are doing except the staff at the restaurant who it seem does not understand her menu which serve us the wrong menu which we does not order.
Overall, we would say it met standard of SPG but not an exquisite one compare to other five stars hotels.

Did not Meet Expectations
