The Nap Experience in Patong just right for quick getaway

Pros - staff is extremely nice and helpful. I really found seeing them each day a welcoming experience. Breakfast buffet and to order omelette terrific. Location is close to many fine dining options. During our stay, I found no noise issues on 6th floor and found bed comfortable.
Cons - careful with shower drain which if bumped can cause slow drain of water. If you like to excercise on vacation I would avoid the treadmill and elliptical machines. Both are very lacking so run outside would be better choice along beach. Hotel should consider upgrade of fitness center cardio equipment.
