Great staff and service
This is my first time staying at this hotel through recommendation by friend. Hotel was near to Patong beach and convenience stores though it was far from Phuket town (about 30 to 45 mins bus/car ride away; bus service was 30baht/pax and it ends at 6pm though while the taxi/tuktuk ride is 500baht/1way so would recommend you to take the bus). Service of staff was good. The staff helped us with our luggage once we alighted from the airport transfer at the hotel and we were served with iced cold pineapple water and towels to freshen ourselves while they check us in though it was not check-in time yet as our room was ready. The pineapple water was very delicious and sweet. We were then escorted to our room and the staff warmly showed us around the room and the stuff which we can use. They had beach bag, slippers, beach towels for our use if we wanted to go to the beach, so convenient and thoughtful. They also had comfy bathroom slippers and the mini bar was complimentary. We were literally wow by their service and hospitality. It was a great stay though we didn't manage to fully utilize the balcony sitting area and sun bathing area in our room and also didn’t have ample time to enjoy the breakfast spread. We didn’t use the pool too as it was under maintenance (we weren’t aware of this when we booked the hotel) but the hotel had an arrangement with another hotel opposite for guests to use their pool. Will definitely be back to stay when in Phuket.
