Great customer service, staff professional & accommodating, ideal location for accessing city life

The only reason why I didn't give the facilities a 5 rating was because I was a little disappointed in fact that they removed the rooftop pool. It definitively wasn't a deal breaker seeing that the beach is right up the street, but if I remember correctly they still list that on their website as being available to customers.
