Good experience, not perfect

Beautiful hotel and we had a lovely time. but: Rooms are not mosquito proof. Bathroom windows do not have screens on the which allows mosquitos into the rooms. Staff - to often the staff was unable to help us. They couldn't provide us with a map of Samui and didn't help us to find one. When we asked for towels at the pool they told us they were out of towels and only after we insisted they went to find us towels
All in all we had a great time. it is a beautiful with great facilities and good food. there is room for small improvements.

Lovely location just a shame about the service
